For the purpose of legally pursuing the Lessee for the recovery of any contravention fines of his during the execution of the rental contract, sent to Scooter Nest during or after the conclusion of the contract;

For the purpose of legally pursuing the Lessee for the recovery of damages caused by accidents, falls, vandalism of the Scooter Nest vehicle caused during the performance of the rental contract;

In order to draw up a new rental contract, in the case of extending the rental period, at the express request of the Lessee;

Scooter Nest keeps the Tenant's personal data in private storage media and will not disclose it to any other third party, except for the legal request of the authorities investigating events produced by the driver of a Scooter Nest vehicle at a certain time.

• sa va oferim alte informatii despre datele dvs. cu caracter personal, cum ar fi datele pe care le avem, la ce le folosim, cui i le divulgam, daca le transferam in strainatate si cum le protejam, cat timp le pastram, ce drepturi aveti, cum puteti face o plangere, de unde am obtinut datele dvs., in masura in care informatiile nu v-au fost deja furnizate prin aceasta informare.
